Remedial Building Works
We specialise in the following building rectification works:
Emergency response – rapid assessment, safety measures, temporary repairs and co-ordination of remediation works to address urgent issues that pose safety risk or could lead to significant damage if left unresolved. We can respond quickly due to our internal capabilities, that is, employing directly our own carpenters, water proofers, renderers, painters, scaffolders and tilers.
Waterproofing – rooftops membranes, balcony rectifications, planter box membranes, bathrooms, control and expansion joint rectification and floor joint rectification.
Water ingress preventative measures – repairing or replacing fascia, gutter, downpipes and outdoor drainage to prevent or address water ingress.
Facade restorations – addressing aesthetic issues.
Compliance upgrades – fire doors, ramps, handrails and stairs to comply with safety, fire and building code regulations.
Structural repairs – roof rectifications, balcony rectifications, underpinning, reinforcing foundations or repairing load-bearing walls/structures.
Concrete spalling (concrete cancer) repairs – treating and repairing damaged concrete surfaces that are affected by corrosion of the steel reinforcement within concrete.

Corrosion control – repairing or replacing metal components of a building such as, steel beams, balustrades, roofing and roofing fixtures and fittings.
Termite and pest damage repairs – restoring parts of buildings that have been damages by pests and treating to prevent future infestations.
Pavements, bitumen and masonry repairs – restore integrity and appearance of the building, block letterboxes, walls and access path and roadways.
