Benchmark completed our major renovation over a 12 month period, converting our dated property into a modern dream home. Major ground works to install the new garage, complete deck restoration, 2 new staircases, home cinema, self contained apartment added, Gym, new beams and the most incredible living area.  Greg's team not only built it all but offered advice on how to maximise the space and assisted in the design.  Benchmark has it's own tradesman who are highly skilled in all they do, from custom made shelving, to inbuilt cinema screen, nothing is too difficult. Laundry/ bathroom upgrade Benchmark was recommended to us by another happy customer. We got 4 quotes to do this area but we really felt that Greg listened to us and had some great ideas on how to utilise this space more effectively. He knew his trade and was very informative and knowledgeable. Greg and Clare were easy to contact and discuss updates and any issues affecting our remodelling. We love our new space and are very happy with the quality of products etc. The photos show the transition. From spa to rain shower, from unusable cupboards to storage space. Some 18months has passed since Benchmark completed the extension and total revamp of the interior of our house. From start to finish Greg and his team of tradesmen provided a first class service. Joel (team leader) in particular was meticulous in his work standards and application. It was such a good experience working alongside this team. Greg and Benchmark Building completed a renovation and extension for me. Though on a fairly modest scale, the project involved several unique touches which required attention to detail and ingenuity, and some flexibility on their part. Benchmark went the extra mile to give me the home I wanted, even to Greg himself extending the antique front door that required resizing. Greg is a clear and pleasant communicator with a professional approach that inspires confidence. His employees also took pride in their work. Very happy with Greg and the team at Benchmark. We employed them to install a pool that had limited and difficult access and we couldn't be happier with the result. It did take a little longer than expected, however this was mostly due to the very bad weather we experienced during the build. Benchmark Building have completed an excellent renovation of our home. We had two bathrooms completely rebuilt, windows and doors replaced, balconies waterproofed and retiled, and we could not be happier with the result.  Greg and his team were very well organised and extremely skilled and professional.
