Benchmark was engaged to build a colonial style home from designer plans, which involved excavation to lay the required foundations to build the expansive homestead, raised structure, and signature colonial features such as wraparound verandas and a pitched roof. The build included the installation of a durable metal roof and feature timber weatherboards for a classic colonial finish. The installation of large windows and doors enhanced the traditional aesthetic and provided internal light-filled open spaces.
