Benchmark was engaged to inspect the existing rooftop membranes to identify areas requiring rectification. The rectification works required stringent safety measures (including safe working at heights) to protect workers and occupants during the work, while the existing membrane materials and debris were removed from the roof tops and high-quality, durable waterproof membranes were installed. Finishing with sealing edges, joints, and penetrations to prevent water intrusion.
