Major Designer Renovation
Benchmark was contracted to demolish most of the existing dwelling and to then significantly expand and modernise the home. The build involved significant concrete formwork and structural works, integrating expansive glass panels, open-plan layouts, and contemporary features. There was reinforced structural framework to accommodate large spans, high ceilings, and open spaces. A key aspect of the build was to create a timeless and expansive polished concrete flooring featuring throughout the home.

An open-plan living throughout the house, designed to take full advantage of all aspects of the beautiful parcel of land at Eumundi. This project designed by Mojo Design and built by Benchmark Building featured in Grand Designs Australia Magazine (2nd Edition) – “A Modern Marvel – The renovation of a lifetime that transformed a dull and dark home into a light and bright masterpiece”.
